We are the layer underneath.

ShareRing supplies the wallet, the credential format and the ledger. The integration, the institution and the customer relationship belong to the partner. That division is the offer, not a limitation of it.

Bangkok, 23 April 2026

A national trust infrastructure, built by three companies.

TKC, Transformational and ShareRing announced a strategic alliance to launch Thailand’s first integrated verifiable credential and digital document wallet infrastructure. It is live. Thailand Post runs the service, the first credentials are in citizens’ hands, and none of the three companies could have delivered it alone.

This partnership is about establishing a ‘National Trust Infrastructure’, which is a critical national policy direction. TKC’s role is to merge our existing infrastructure with global technology standards to drive widespread adoption in alignment with MDES and ETDA.

Who did what

Worth reading closely if you are deciding whether to partner, because it is a list of the things ShareRing did not do.

The infrastructure

TKC

Turnkey Communication Services PCL

Thailand’s full-service digital infrastructure provider, covering telecommunications, cybersecurity and digital systems for government and large enterprise. Its job was merging that national infrastructure with global technology standards, so adoption can scale without organisations replacing the systems they already run.

The adoption

Transformational

Transformational Co., Ltd.

A digital transformation consultancy working with corporates and state-owned enterprises, led by Ariya Banomyong, formerly Country Head of Google Thailand and Managing Director of LINE Thailand. It owned the hardest part of any rollout: getting real institutions to issue, accept and trust digital documents.

ShareRing holds a strategic equity stake in Transformational Co., Ltd.

The credential layer

ShareRing

The wallet, the verifiable credential format, and the ledger the proofs are anchored to. ShareRing supplies the layer underneath. It does not own the integration, the institution or the customer relationship, which is the whole reason there is a partner programme.

What it produced

Prompt Pass, inside a national postal service.

Prompt Pass is a verifiable credential wallet running inside Thailand Post’s existing Prompt Post platform. The first documents through it are student Digital Transcripts, issued with Siam Business Administration Technological College. Not a pilot.

  • Live service Prompt Pass, inside Thailand Post’s Prompt Post platform
  • First credential Digital Transcripts, issued with SBAC
  • In use SBAC Career Day 2026, where graduates shared verified records with employers on the spot
  • Operated under ISO/IEC 27001:2022, aligned to ETDA standards

How partners work with us

Technology partners

Build verification into your own product. Three integration paths: a QR code or embeddable iframe with no SDK at all, native mobile SDKs, or issuing your own credentials onto ShareLedger.

The integration paths

Advisory and channel partners

Firms already advising clients who fall inside AUSTRAC’s Tranche 2 obligations from 1 July 2026. Client verification is the part of that advice nobody wants to build themselves.

What Tranche 2 requires

Credential issuers

Universities, agencies and institutions that issue the records people need to prove. An authorised issuer mints a credential straight into a holder’s vault, and it can then be checked without anyone phoning you.

How issuing works
What we bring to it

Standards, not adjectives.

Every item here is externally defined and externally checkable, which is the only kind of claim worth making on a page about trust.

W3C Verifiable Credentials
The credential format is the open standard rather than a ShareRing dialect, so a credential issued here can be verified by anything else that speaks it.
ISO 27001
Information security management, independently certified. Thailand Post runs Prompt Post under ISO/IEC 27001:2022 on its own side of the same deployment.
AUSTRAC compliant
Registered with Australia’s financial intelligence agency and operating to its AML/CTF obligations, the regulator whose Tranche 2 duties reach lawyers, accountants and real estate from 1 July 2026.
ETDA aligned
The Thailand deployment sits under the Ministry of Digital Economy and Society and follows the standards of the Electronic Transactions Development Agency.

Bring us the last mile.

If you have the customers, the institution or the integration, we have the credential layer that goes under it. Tell us which of the three you are and we will start there.
