ShareRing — April 2025 Community Update 🚀

Welcome to our April Community Update. April felt less like a month and more like a global sprint. From London to Miami, Las Vegas to Australia’s tropical north, the ShareRing team criss-crossed the world—whilst shipping products and announcing partnerships from home base. Every kilometre flown served one mission: put self-sovereign, zero-knowledge identity in front of the people who need it most and feed their insights straight back into our stack.

One Home for Your Digital Identity

In early April we migrated ShareRing Pro and ShareRing Me. One lightweight app now handles onboarding, credential storage, and wallet functions—slashing friction for newcomers and freeing developers from legacy code.

Two Rapid-Fire App Releases

We didn’t stop at consolidation. Version 2.0.1 squashed stability bugs, then 2.0.2 landed just ten days later with force-update protection, a redesigned Settings screen, and noticeable speed boosts. Update on iOS or Android and let us know how the upgrade feels.

ShareRing Joins the Australian Government’s Age Assurance Technology Trial

We’re proud to announce that ShareRing was selected for the Age Assurance Technology Trial (AATT) run by the Australian Government. Being part of this initiative puts our privacy-first credentials in a national spotlight and lets us help set the standard for secure, data-minimal age verification across Australia.

Darwin Field Test — Mission Accomplished

To kick things off, we took ShareRing Me into the field for a three-day pilot in Darwin. Students verified their age in seconds—no paperwork, no data residue—and the rollout was a success. Real-world feedback is already shaping the next evolution of our zero-knowledge proof flows.

Identity Rails Live on Cronos

On 24 April we flipped the switch on our full Cronos integration. Builders can now drop in zero-data KYC, dynamic age gates, and on-chain AML flags via simple REST or smart-contract APIs—no extra servers required.

Flying the Flag Worldwide

Our BD teams touched down in London, Panama, Ho Chi Minh City, Hong Kong, Miami, and Darwin, finalising product launches, attending global events and attending meetings. Each handshake edges us closer to a truly global, borderless identity layer.

Thanks for riding shotgun. Every comment, community request, and idea helps us build a safer, user-controlled digital future. Ping us on Telegram or tag @ShareRingGlobal on X—let’s keep shaping what’s next.
