Last week, our global team came together in Vietnam – not to escape the day-to-day, but to shape the direction of everything that comes next.
Over the course of three days, we made foundational decisions that will define the future of ShareRing. Not just in terms of product, but in purpose, focus, and momentum.
This was more than a strategy summit. It was a commitment to clarity.
What We Came to Do
The identity space is evolving fast – and so must we. Vietnam was our moment to pause, zoom out, and answer the big questions with alignment and intent:
- What matters most for ShareRing in the next 5 years?
- What do we need to focus on – and what do we need to let go of?
- What does our next-generation infrastructure need to look like?
- How do we simplify everything: our message, our product, our execution?
We walked in with complexity. We walked out with direction.
What We Aligned On
Without revealing anything not already shared publicly, here’s what we can say:
- We set our strategic priorities for the year ahead – clear focus areas that will sharpen our product, go-to-market, and community alignment.
- We made decisions about the future of our chain infrastructure, ensuring it supports the scale, speed, and interoperability needed for the world we’re building toward.
- We clarified how our mission – privacy-first, user-controlled identity for the real world – translates into product actions and partner opportunities.
- And we left with a renewed sense of urgency, ownership, and belief in what we’re here to build.
The Takeaway
This wasn’t a retreat. It wasn’t a reset. It was a realignment – one that reaffirmed who we are, why we’re here, and how we move forward.
If you’re following ShareRing, you’ll see the impact of this week unfold rapidly: through the launches we roll out, the partnerships we activate, and the clarity in how we show up in the market.
We’re not here to ride the wave. We’re here to shape it.
And the next phase starts now.
